We specialize in creating authentic FLATBREAD Pizza at Farmer's Markets, Weddings, Festivals, Birthday Parties, Business Functions & Private Parties throughout the Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon and Vail areas. This could also include: Corporate Events, Grand Openings, Fundraisers, Customer Appreciation Events, Cultural Events, Family Celebrations, Reunions, Holiday Parties, Anniversaries, Engagement Parties, Wine Events, Art Openings, Athletic Events, Education Groups, Community Groups/Non-Profits & Special Events. We have you covered. The FLATBREAD Pizza Co. features a one of a kind super-thin artisan crust. The crust has a slightly brown charred under belly while the inside stays slightly chewy. Each batch of our dough is hand prepared and also comes in Wheat as an alternative to White Flour. Sometimes we add herbs and sometimes we add a hard cheese to the crust. You just never know…

We fuel our Italian wood fired pizza oven with maple and apple wood direct from local farmers in Colorado. The oven heats to the range of 700-1000 degrees so each pizza pie is cooked in about 3 minutes! We use only the freshest and highest quality natural ingredients and buy direct from local farms whenever possible. All of these things combined along with custom dough choices create the most delicious pizza you'll ever experience. Catering events have become favorites with many companies and families around the Summit County area. We span from Breckenridge, CO - Frisco, CO - Dillon, CO to Vail, CO and have gourmet pizza catering packages that will fit your needs.
