My wife and I lived all over the country experiencing different parts of the US and pizzas. My first experience with hand rolled pizza cooked in a wood fired oven was in Stowe, VT. Steve Berson, owner of Pie in the Sky who I have consulted with has had a successful wood fired pizza restaurant since 1993.  Steve's Pies are the best East Coast Pizzas for sure. Ever since that first day in Steve’s place "PIE IN THE SKY" in Vermont the idea was born. I was hooked trying to figure out the best way to provide this type of product to our customers. We are now in Breckenridge, CO - Frisco, CO and Vail Colorado areas..  I have spent countless nights with my wife and family looking for a great local wood fired pizza. So, we took matters into our own hands and created a free-form gourmet flatbread pizza for the masses right out of our custom built wood fired oven trailer. We are The FLATBREAD Pizza Co. "Summit & Eagle County Colorado's Best"... The combinations of the wood smoked flavor, the heating/cooking properties of a wood fired oven and eclectic toppings truly creates a phenomenal pizza.  One taste and you will be hooked....
