We serve our gourmet pizza buffet style. We have a lunch and dinner slot available each day. Generally, the lunch slot will be from 11am to 3 pm, and dinner will be from 5pm to 9 pm. With enough advance notice, other times can be arranged.

We use only the freshest and highest quality natural ingredients and buy direct from local farms whenever possible. What else could you want then having your guests saying that was the best pizza I have had or that was an amazing experience.

Neapolitan Style Pizza

FLATBREAD Pizzas are (about 9"- 14" depending on the event), thin-crust pizzas made in a Italian wood-burning oven. Usually has a puffy "cornicione" (lip or end crust) and marked by use of the freshest ingredients applied sparingly for a careful balance. Perhaps the most popular is the pizza Margherita—topped with fresh sauce made from the pear tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a little bit of fresh basil. Other traditional variations include the marinara (just sauce and maybe a sprinkling of an aged cheese) This style, of course, is known the world over.

 

We can serve our flatbread pizza in light rain, but not in a downpour. In case of forecasted rain, you can cancel your party 3 days in advance with no penalty. In the event of a same day cancellation due to weather, we will retain your deposit, and you can reschedule up to one year in advance and your deposit will be applied in full. Remember "It's All Good Here"
