We will demonstrate to the party guests how to prepare their own food. It's almost like a hands on cooking class. In the case of serving pizza, we will teach the guests how to roll their own dough, assemble their own pizza and how to bake their own pizza. This experience is great for any age group. The very nature of Make and Bake experience is fun, casual and engaging. This could be offered as a team building experience. We will play the music of your choice on our on-board sound system. We will arrive 1.5 hours before your event to fire the oven and get it up to tempature for cooking pizza. GREAT for Kids BIRTHDAYS also....

~ The Explanation and Demonstration: People learn new things in three different ways. By "Seeing/Watching" it being done, by "Hearing/Interpreting instructions", or simply by what we like to say "Doing". We will make a explanation of each step on how to make a flatbread pizza.

~ Assembly and Assist: We will assist you in your creation. Have fun, smile and toss some flour around.

~ Bake and Serve: We will show you the method of cooking your pie in the wood fired oven.
